A time when I solved a difficult problem-

There was a time when I was lifeguarding at a water park and a fist fight between two younger boys broke out. I had to break up the fight. I then had to proceed with telling the two involved that they would not come back to the water park. This was a very difficult time because I had to step up and take initiative. I had to be a leader and take on the responsibility of a position that was higher than I was.

A time when I was under stress to meet a deadline-

A time I was under stress to meet a deadline was for a class where I had to write a 20 page annotated bibliography and a 10 page paper. It was a lot in a short amount of time. I used my time wisely and planned everything out so that I would have a high quality assignment to turn in. I finished the bibliography and paper in a timely manner.

Excellent negotiation skills, success story-

Every year for 7 years I have worked multiple events to raise money for a paralyzed man from my town. The money goes partially to him and partially to a scholarship in his name. I have had to give multiple sales pitches in different situation persuading people to buy tickets and other things. This plays into negotiating by being able to talk to people and sales pitching. I am outgoing enough and have the skills to be able to negotiate respectfully and affectively.
